1. Information We Collect

We collect your phone number, name, and email address when you create an account. We also collect data about your interactions with restaurants on the platform, including points earned, rewards redeemed, and visit history.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate the LoyalBites loyalty programme, calculate and award points, send you notifications about your rewards, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. LoyalBites is operated in the UAE. Data may be stored on servers outside the UAE but is protected under equivalent standards.

4. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications about points milestones and restaurant promotions. You can withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, use the Delete Account option in Profile Settings.
